Everyone's lives have been affected by the world events of 2020 and people are realizing now more than ever why it's so important to incorporate fitness and healthier habits in our lives and share that with family and friends. A t The Training Project, we cater to individuals seeking guidance, education and accountability in their fitness goals while trying to balance their professional and personal lives. Families are busier than ever. Work schedules, children's activities, appointments and more make it very challenging to adhere to a consistent fitness regiment. Our generous class schedule; while simultaneously airing classes live via zoom, offering the flexibility and convenience needed for busy work weeks.
Exercising will be fun again. Sharing your fitness journey can be extremely supportive, motivating and FUN!
Creating a strong, supportive fitness community is important to me. With a group of clients who share in similar health and fitness goals, together we will build a support team for one another to help and encourage everyone working towards healthier versions of themselves.
I have the tools, you bring the desire to change. Being a valued client of The Training Project, it’s my job to educate my clients about all the different components of fitness. Our Group Personal Training classes coupled with the one on one you still experience in a group setting will cover all your physical needs including tightening and strengthening the muscle, muscular balance, endurance and conditioning, core stability and cardiovascular health. I also provide Nutritional Coaching as an additional service. This service provides you with a custom food plan built for you as an individual to meet your needs and goals.
With over 20 years of experience and successful clients, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I will show you the best exercises to do and will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
