Boxing & Bootcamp

In this class, the time will be divided between the initial warm up, the cardio segment (Boxing) and the resistance training segment.

The Boxing portion will introduce your body to cardio boxing. You will learn how to execute different punches and movements to create defined, athletic arms and shoulders with a cardio blast that will crush calories and increase your conditioning. After 25 minutes of cardio boxing, you will move on to the resistance training segment of the workout where you will focus your attention on your lower half and core for a FULL BODY balanced workout. If cardio is limited or non-existent in your fitness plan, sign up for this class now!!

Group Personal Training

This class is designed to incorporate components from strength training and cardiovascular training into one class. This class will vary in intensity, challenging you from beginning to end while keeping things fun with unique exercises.

Circuits & Cycling

In this class, the time will be divided between the initial warm up, the cardio segment (Cycling) and the resistance training segment.
Each segment of the workout will be approximately 25 minutes. The Cycling portion will introduce your body to our Spin bikes. You will learn how to adjust your bike to fit your body, how to sit and navigate the fly (resistance) wheel, creating a short cardio blast that will help strengthen your legs and increase your cardiovascular conditioning. After 25 minutes on the bike, you will move on to the resistance training segment of the workout where you will focus your attention on your upper body and core for a FULL BODY balanced workout. If you have reservations about trying Spin, this Circuits & Cycling Workout is the class for you! 25 minutes on a Spin bike is a great way to explore indoor cycling without feeling overwhelmed about an hour long class.

Spin

Rolling hills, Climbs and Sprints will shape your legs and condition your heart and lungs in this non-stop, music pumping, 1 hour indoor cycling class. If you haven't tried a class yet, you're missing out!! Don't forget your sweat towel!!!
