Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are designed to compliment and balance your fitness goals. Cardiovascular health is an important component to any fitness plan. Every class is coached by a professional, certified Instructor. Our goal is to safely and effectively coach everyone through a fitness class no matter the fitness level. Your workout begins in a group setting with liked minded goal oriented members and your instructor. For the hour you will be coached, motivated and challenged to reach your full fitness potential. Why we require Sign-ups!

Spaces are limited for our Group Fitness Classes so to ensure the integrity of our services and your experiences, we are asking our members to sign-up for their sessions / classes in advance. Once you are a member, sign-ups are easy and can be done right from your smart phone through our mobile app.

If you're not quite ready for an hour of cycling, check out our combo class; Circuits & Cycling. In this class we will dedicate approximately 25 minutes to cycling and 25 minutes to circuit training for a full body sweat!!
